The JS-20 requires minimal maintenance, as each unit is factory-sealed against dust, moisture and other annoyances found in industrial work zones. To maintain your JS-20, simply clean the windows with glass cleaner and a soft cloth.

There are no user-serviceable parts in the JS-20. If there is a mechanical or electrical defect in the scanner, return it to JoeScan for service.
